The intervention proposes the rehabilitation and adaptation of the existing building, preserving its original identity while focusing on the reorganization of the interior. The aim is to establish a new reading of space—more fluid, luminous, and aligned with contemporary demands for comfort, functionality, and accessibility.

The entrance is redefined as a central element of the project—a new threshold that organizes the house and connects its different levels. The introduction of a vertical core, incorporating both staircase and elevator, creates a clear and continuous circulation, ensuring an inclusive experience across all four floors.

At the lower level, opening onto the rear garden, the social areas unfold as a natural extension of the outdoors. The direct and continuous relationship between interior and exterior is shaped by generous openings and an abundance of natural light. The living room and kitchen merge into an open-plan space, embracing a contemporary lifestyle centered on sharing and interaction. This floor also accommodates support areas and a guest bedroom, seamlessly integrated into the overall composition.

Also on this level, the annex is reimagined as a flexible leisure space, suitable for use as a gym or wellness area, reinforcing the connection between the different environments of the home. The exterior complements this dynamic with a swimming pool, garage, and storage areas.

On the upper floors, the house takes on a more intimate and private character. The first floor features the main suite, complete with walk-in closet, bathroom, and balcony, alongside a शांत and light-filled workspace. The second floor accommodates three additional suites, designed for comfort and autonomy. At the top level, a complementary space emerges, including an additional bedroom, bathroom, and storage integrated within the roof structure.

The project reveals a balance between continuity and transformation—a house that respects its memory while opening itself to a new way of living, lighter, more continuous, and deeply attuned to space, light, and time.
