Back facade
The roof is used for a penthouse, following the aforementioned alignment of the three openings, in which a new texture – zinc – was chosen to emphasize the crowning and finishing of the building. In this way, a formal unity is achieved on the elevation, creating a harmonious reading of the whole with the building on the street front.
Inside, on the upper floors, four two-bedroom apartments have been organized (one per floor) with a new permeable layout between spaces, where the living room and kitchen share a wider space, thus improving the conditions of functionality and habitability.
