Aimed at wine tourism and gastronomy, the main focus of this project is to produce and enhance local agricultural products and promote authentic and enriching experiences for visitors.

The intervention involves rehabilitating and extending the existing structures in an integrated way, with a commitment to the place and the surrounding landscape. The new buildings are the result of a fusion between the pre-existing building and the additional buildings, which present a contemporary and neutral language, emphasizing the view of the wine estate and the castle, while preserving the memory of the site.
The “Eco Winery Hotel Estremoz” seeks to offer a comfortable and unique stay, contributing to the development and enhancement of Estremoz as a tourist destination of excellence.
